TES’s HD-B Series Multi-directional Mixers distinctive design allows the mixers to turn at a 360 degree rotation while shifting side to side up to a 45 degree angle. This reduces mixing time by 50% compared to a conventional V-blender. Our manufacturing facility has performed more than 300 batch tests that have successfully resulted in 99.5% blends.
The inside of the barrel is made in a way that leaves no sharp angles, so product can’t be trapped in corners to leave residue. This also makes cleaning incredibly simple and efficient. The HD-B Mixers also make loading and unloading simple with large eye nuts on the lid for loading and a butterfly valve on the discharge side, so no extra equipment is needed.
