The TES-2000 Automatic Capsule Filling Machine fills up to 120,000 capsules per hour. It can accurately fill capsule sizes 00-4 with powder or pellets. Features that make the TES-2000 user-friendly are the proximity sensors to indicate low powder and capsules, multiple tamping stations to ensure consistent weights and easy adjustments on most products, convenient touch screen controls, emergency stop button and automatic shut off switch on all doors for operator safety. The enclosed turret design makes for simple clean up and maintenance. Quick change over time offers the customer the ability to run many products or one product continuously.

This used model comes with:

• Full set of size 00 change parts
  • 2 additional size 00 dosing discs, sizes 25mm and 23mm.
• Full set of size 0 change parts
  • 5 additional size 0 dosing discs, sizes 23mm, 23mm, 21.5mm, 20mm, and 19mm.
• One size 1 dosing disc, 18mm (no full set with this)
• 2 spare tamping rings, one brass, one plastic
