Capsule Polisher

The TCP 100 Capsule Polisher and Sorter is designed to polish capsules and to eliminate static electricity. Air is pushed through the center shaft to help the brush in de-dusting capsules. It automatically rejects low weight capsules, as well as loose pieces and fragments of capsules. It can be adjusted to any encapsulation machine’s ejection chute, and we have a shorter base as an option for semi-automatic machines or other needs.
